Former Racine Mayor Sentenced

Former Racine Mayor Gary Becker was sentenced to six years in prison. One count of attempted second degree sexual assault of a child yields three years in prison and five years of extended supervision. The second count, of child enticement, also yields a three year prison term and five years extended supervision. The sentences will be served concurrently. So technically speaking, he will only serve three years. Even more technically speaking, I doubt he will serve even half of that.
