In a short news release, the Racine Police Department said foul play is not suspected at this time. Police said they responded to a missing-person report at about 7 a.m., responded to Lincoln Park and found the body at about 8:45 a.m.Again - prayers going out to Judge Barry's family and loved ones. He was one of the good guys.
Police said no more information will be released at this time.
